Beginning as a modest 1,200-square-foot residence, this downtown Bentonville home now spans about 3,000 square feet after our renovations. Our remodel included adding a second level, a garage, a primary suite, two extra bedrooms, a laundry room, a guest bathroom, and various other improvements.  From the cabinets, to a spiral staircase, to the exterior facade, this project was designed completely in-house, and stands as a notable display of our approach to the design-build process.
